We like to keep it simple. Our returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Request a return through your Account.
2. Once your return has been approved, package your items safely.
3. Lodge it at your nearest post office.
4. Once we receive your return, our team physically inspect it.
5. We process your refund automatically.
6. If you have not heard back from us within 10 days of lodging your return, please contact us.

Important: Please do not return an item to us without first requesting a return in your Account section.

The following are excluded from this policy, and are not eligible for return:

• Testers
• Sample vials
• Miniature, travel sprays, or any perfume under 20ml in size
• Any items purchased on sale, at discount, or using a promotional code.

Please note that for change of mind returns, you will be liable for the return postage. There is no restocking or handling fee.

You will be refunded the full amount paid for the return item. Shipping fees are not refunded.

A refund will then be credited back to your original payment method.

Once you have completed a return of your product, our team will assess it within 24 hours of it arriving back at our warehouse.
